Urgent Appointments and Email Communication

If you feel that an urgent appointment is required, please contact our reception team by phone.

We will do our best to accommodate you. Our GPs aim to keep a limited number of appointments available each day for urgent concerns.

Please do not use email to contact us about urgent or clinical matters.

If you require immediate assistance, please call 000 or attend your nearest public or private emergency department.

The practice wishes to advise patients of the risks of sending clinical information via unencrypted email.
Our email address is not regularly monitored and is not our preferred means of communication. There is a risk that important clinical information sent to this address may be missed or not picked up in time.

In addition, we urge all patients to carefully consider the issue of security before sending medical information via unencrypted email.

We encourage patients to phone the practice and to make an appointment to discuss clinical issues.

Repeat Prescriptions and Referrals

In some cases, repeat prescriptions and referrals may be available without a consultation. Requests can be made to your regular GP via HotDoc and a fee of $39 applies. Each request is assessed by the doctor who will approve or decline the request. Please note, you have to be a regular patient of the practice for this service and it cannot be used for scheduled 8 medications.
